Happiness (3): Do You Really Want To Be Happy?

Do you really want to be happy? Happiness is an abstract experience that cannot be physically quantified or measured. But it can be felt and enjoyed. It brings peace of mind, resourcefulness and greater productivity. And for anyone to be filled with happiness, he or she must show the apparent willingness that he or she truly NEEDS it.
Here are some of the THINGS you should know about Happiness:
(i)                 Happiness emanates from your actions—in other words, what you do on a daily basis contributes to the level of happiness you can experience.
(ii)               Watch your lifestyle, it either makes you happy or unhappy—destructive lifestyles often produce unhappiness.
(iii)             What kind of people do you have around you? Believe this: if your friends are hecklers, sadists and persistent accusers, sorry friend, you will never be happy.
(iv)             Don’t be deceived that having a lot of money can make you happy; not always. Happiness comes from the way you live your life and how you use your wealth.
(v)               Lastly, happiness is a choice: people have the power to choose whether they want to be happy or not. The choice is yours!
