Happiness (5): Enhance Your Happiness with These Three Lifestyles

You can maintain a constant happy life by considering and emulating the attributes of the three lifestyles outlined below:
(a)    Being grateful:- When you express your gratitude to God and to other people who have done something great for you in the past, you are likely going to enjoy natural and sustainable happiness. Showing gratitude every time has the power of creating a comfortable environment for interaction, understanding and cooperation. You can establish a peaceful atmosphere around you by being grateful to people.
(b)   Worriless Lifestyle:- Once you learnt to ditch all your worries and embraced everything that comes your way with a strong resolve to solving all your problems, happiness will flow in your life like a river. A worrisome person is a restless and always nervous person: you need to remain calm, purposeful and pragmatic in order to put everything that happens to you under your emotional control.

(c)    Being Contented:- Try to be content with what you have and do everything in your power to enjoy your life on a daily basis. This does not mean that you should settle for what is less and lose optimism in pursuing and achieving what you are capable of getting. But try your best to enjoy life as it is and aspire for greater achievement all along.

Time Management (5): Will Time Always Change Things?

People often say that “time changes things”. In reality, time doesn’t necessarily change anything unless we do. From experience, you can relate to this assertion in one way or the other: whatever you have achieved came from your singular, dedicated action, not from waiting endlessly for months or years to pass. It may be true, to some extent, that certain things in our lives may require the passage of time to mature, but the act of “doing” the things we want done is truly non-negotiable.
Here are some useful primers for anyone dreaming of enjoying greater achievements:
·         Outline your desired goal(s)
·         Map out the strategies to bring it (them) into existence
·         Identify the hindrances (fear, inactivity, negativity etc)
·         Work hard on removing these hindrances
·         Persevere
·         Seek advice or education on how to improve on getting what you wanted
