Overcoming Self-doubt Using These Three (3) Approaches

You can truly overcome your self-doubt by applying these three (3) processes.
(i)                 Basking in past glories:- You know those achievements of yours in the past, whether little or big: you can decide to remind yourself how wonderful you were in those times. The purpose of doing this is to re-energize your mind through the belief that YOU who were able to do those marvelous things in the past can repeat similar miracles. Warning: do not be carried away thinking too much of who you were in the past; who you will become in the future is more important.
(ii)               Your strengths versus weaknesses:- Take your pen or pencil and enumerate your strengths versus your weaknesses. To enjoy significant achievements you must be able to develop your strengths in a way that they will produce tangible outcomes—success, happiness, self-esteem et cetera.
(iii)             Plan ahead:- Planning ahead is very instrumental to staying focus on your goals. When you map out your strategies, you are likely going to concentrate on those aspects of your dreams that require more attention than the others.
Special Note: Failure to combat your self-doubt may lead to procrastination, lost opportunities, low self-esteem, unhappiness, under-achievement, and so on!

Quality Use of Time

Quality use of time, on most occasions, produces desirable outcomes. The time wasted on pursuing pleasures and vanities can never be regarded as productive compared with the one diligent people invested in their work, businesses, studies, and so on.
Here is what TIME probably stands for:
T: Train your mind on productive activities that yield satisfactory outcomes
I: Identify some rodents (figuratively, for examples: time-wasting activities, too-much-TV, internet et cetera) that constantly take huge bite at your precious time
M: Manage your time by controlling these rodents
E: Eliminate the rodents if they are uncontrollable
