Organizational Performance (1): Why You Should Not Stress Over Changes At Your Workplace

Every organization institutes changes in all ramifications of its operations in order to encourage optimum productivity.  Changes are inevitable, but they are not necessarily threatening. Though this doesn’t mean that one or two of these changes may upset you or your lifestyle, but they are practically needed to sustain your organization, from which you earn your livelihood to keep body and soul together.
You may want to consider these effective suggestions for handling a change in your organization:-
(i)                 Be flexible—flexibility reduces the hurtful effect, if any, of an organizational change.
(ii)               Change yourself or your lifestyle to peacefully adapt to the latest organizational rules.
(iii)             Refine your working habits—old habits are truly unproductive.
(iv)             Seek help from superiors when needed.
(v)               Work hard on having a great relationship with your colleagues and superiors.
